I know a couple bar bet tricks. There's a good one called the wizard. Takes a second person in another area. So I take out a deck of cards, let the mark pick one and put it face up on the bar. Once it's seen, I tell 'em I'm gonna call the wizard and they'll guess the card. Put the card away, pick up the phone. That's when I call you and ask to talk to the wizard. On the other end of the line you'll say "hearts, diamonds, spades, clubs" and when you get to the one that's right, I'll jump in and say 'okay'. Then I'll tell the person they're getting the wizard. Then you start going through the cards one at a time. Ace, two, three, four, and I'll interrupt again when you reach the right number. Then I put you on speaker and say 'I got someone here who wants you to guess their card' and you say the card. Works best on people who are already a little sloshed. Nothin' you can make beaucoup bucks on or anything, but like...it works.

With the amount of patrons that come through the casino on a nightly basis, though, he supposes it could be at least semi-lucrative, especially considering how little effort it would take. ]

This seems a lot more manageable, and there's something about the nostalgia of working with an old friend that makes the setup somewhat desirable. Jesse wants to focus on the good memories, and the times he spent with Saul were largely positive. At least in comparison with what he's been through since then. ]
